This is a fast paced, and exciting opportunity with a global remit. Based out of our Global Office in Hyderabad, you will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our corporate roles across our United Kingdom and Ireland market. You will partner and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to define sourcing strategies, source the very best talent and guide Hiring Managers on market conditions, availability (both internally and externally) to secure the very best talent for McDonald’s.Key to this role is the ability to be consultative and an effective and persuasive communicator, who is proactive and hands on. Many of the skills we look to hire will require the direct sourcing of passive talent.
