BCN teams support Bain’s global case teams across analytics, research, corporate domains, client development, private equity diligence, and Bain IP.Who you will work withIn this 8-month fixed-term contract, you will support lateral hiring across Expert Client Delivery, Business Services, and Business Functions at BCN India.As an Associate, you will work closely with the senior Recruiters and the Senior Manager – Recruiting to ensure smooth execution of hiring activities, manage candidate coordination, support sourcing efforts, and contribute to a seamless candidate experience.About youPostgraduates: 0–1 years of experienceUndergraduates: 1–4 years of experience in HR or recruiting support rolesExperience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or HR processesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholdersFamiliarity with sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals) is preferredStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProactive, team-oriented, and collaborative mindsetProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with maintaining trackers, MIS, and reportingBasic data handling or analysis skillsWhat you’ll doSupport the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling, candidate coordination, and follow-upsAssist Recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates through various channelsMaintain and update hiring trackers, dashboards, and MIS reportsCoordinate assessments, interviews, feedback collection, and offer documentationPartner with hiring teams to understand role requirements and provide timely supportHelp build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring hiring needsEnsure excellent candidate experience through clear communication and responsive coordinationStay updated on recruiting trends and tools to support process improvementsWork cross-functionally with HR, onboarding, and other internal teams to ensure smooth hiring operationsWhat makes us a great place to workWe are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work, a champion of diversity and a model of social responsibility.
