We have installed more than 20,000 Large & Small plants across India, Middle East, South East Asia, SAARC and African countries.About the RoleDevelop and execute a strategic plan to expand the market share for water and wastewater solutions in the urban sector.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the market share for water and wastewater solutions in the urban sector.Identify and penetrate new markets across PAN India, focusing on hotels, malls, and commercial buildings.Drive sustainable and innovative water management solutions tailored to client needs.P&L Management: Full responsibility for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the Urban Business Unit.Monitor financial performance, ensuring targets for revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency is met or exceeded.Allocate resources effectively to maximize profitability.Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team across sales, business development (BD), operations, service and commissioning, and engineering.Foster a collaborative and results-driven work culture.Set clear performance objectives and regularly review team progress.Business Development: Lead the business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of projects in retrofit, spares, and AMC segments.Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and secure long-term contracts.Operations & Service: Oversee project execution from conception to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.Manage the service and maintenance operations, ensuring high-quality post-sales support.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.Engineering & Innovation: Guide the engineering team to develop cutting-edge water and wastewater treatment solutions.Promote innovation and continuous improvement in product offerings and processes.Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.Represent the company at industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility. QualificationsEssential Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech from reputed institutionExperience: 15-18 years in the field of water business Required SkillsDemonstrated success in managing P&L, leading large teams, and driving business growth.Strong knowledge of water treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, sewerage treatment plants, and associated technologies.Proven experience in business development and client relationship management in the urban sector.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
