The Non-IT Recruiter will oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for non-technical roles. The role involves establishing strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, and supporting workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and overall Recruiting processesExperience with Hiring and Technical Recruiting, particularly in different industries and non-IT sectorsStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectivelyExperience in workforce planning and candidate assessment techniques is an added advantageBachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
