Company DescriptionShay is a fast-growing kitchenware brand selling across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, and our own D2C channel. We're building a data-first culture to drive smarter decisions across inventory, sales, and operations.Role DescriptionWe're looking for a sharp, hands-on Data Analyst who has lived and breathed eCommerce data. You'll be the go-to person for turning raw marketplace and operational data into clear insights that help us grow profitably.What You'll DoOwn dashboards and reporting across all sales channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, D2C) using tools like Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or similar BI platformsBuild and maintain a comprehensive data universe — a single source of truth that brings together sales, inventory, returns, ad spends, and operational data to make decision-making faster and smarterTrack and analyze key metrics — sales velocity, return rates, inventory health, channel profitability, and ad spendsBuild SKU-level and category-level performance reports to support pricing and inventory decisionsReconcile platform charges across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit and other marketplaces — commissions, fulfillment fees, returns, penalties — and flag discrepancies proactivelyConduct deep competitive research — pricing benchmarks, bestseller analysis, keyword trends, share of search, and category dynamics across marketplacesSupport new product development through data — analyzing market gaps, category white spaces, customer reviews, return reasons, and demand signals to help identify winning product opportunitiesIdentify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across marketplaces proactivelyWork closely with the eCommerce and operations teams to turn data into actionMaintain clean, structured data across platforms and internal MIS systemsSupport demand forecasting and replenishment planningWhat We're Looking For2–4 years of experience in a data or analytics role, preferably in eCommerce or D2CHands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar marketplace backendsStrong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas); SQL is a plusExperience building dashboards on Power BI, Zoho Analytics, Google Looker Studio, or similar toolsComfortable with tools like Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar OMS/ERP platforms preferredDetail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentSomeone who doesn't just build reports but asks why the numbers look the way they doNice to HavePrior experience in kitchenware, home, or lifestyle eCommerce categoriesFamiliarity with quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)Basic understanding of marketplace advertising metrics (ACoS, CTR, CVR)Experience with marketplace charge reconciliation or settlement analysisWhat You GetA front-row seat to building a scaling consumer brandDirect access to leadership and real ownership of your workCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to shape the data function from the ground up
