Job Description – Team Leader (Grade II) Department: BFSI – Personal Loans / Card Sales Location: Jaipur Shift Window: Rotational Shifts Week Offs: Rotational Travel Requirement: As per business needs Role Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Team Leader (Grade II) with strong experience in BFSI Sales—specifically Personal Loans and Credit Card Sales. The ideal candidate should bring minimum 4 years of Team Leader experience with a proven track record in performance management and client KPI delivery. Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 20 agents, ensuring optimal productivity and performance.- Drive sales targets for personal loans and card sales. Conduct daily call monitoring, performance reviews, and provide feedback.- Ensure adherence to all Process SOPs and compliance requirements. Monitor operational KPIs and ensure client benchmarks are met.Maintain control over shrinkage and attrition. Track and publish daily Target vs Achievement reports.Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement sessions. Ensure quality customer interactions and operational excellence. Eligibility Criteria: Experience:- 1+ years of experience in BFSI Sales (Personal Loan / Credit Card Sales).Minimum 1 years of Team Leader experience. Education:- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute.
