This role is built for a content-first marketer who understands finance, investor psychology, and the modern media landscape — and who can turn high-quality editorial and video content into a scalable, audience-driven growth engine. The client brand sits at the intersection of credible financial journalism and investor community — and this role will help define its next chapter.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Own content marketing strategy and execution across YouTube, email, the website, and social channels.• Package and distribute editorial and video content to maximize reach, engagement, and subscriber growth.• Manage HubSpot-based email marketing: list segmentation, nurture sequences, campaign performance analysis.• Support live events and brand partnerships that expand the client's reach and institutional credibility.• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across content, production, marketing, and leadership.• Position the brand as a credible authority in the macro investing space through strategic content placement and SEO.• Track and report on audience growth, engagement metrics, and lead generation for RIA and broker/dealer business lines.• Identify and test new distribution channels, content formats, and audience segments. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS • 5–10 years in content marketing, brand marketing, or digital media — ideally in financial services or media.• HubSpot experience and certifications required.• Deep understanding of YouTube growth mechanics, video SEO, and content repurposing across social platforms.• Strong editorial instincts — able to recognize, package, and position compelling financial content.• Familiarity with macro investing themes, investor psychology, and the financial media landscape.• Data-driven approach: comfortable pulling and acting on performance data across email, social, and web.• Strong project management skills; comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and content types simultaneously.
