Participate actively in the tech projects undertaken by the practice and contribute effectively in a timely manner. Project ManagementEnsure effective project management and demonstrate complete control on its set of clientsEnsure timely and effective communication to client emails within 24 hours. Timely review the projects and inform seniors of any escalations and deviations.Lead coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of TP engagements and strengthen cross-functional collaboration within the practice.Effective Team ManagementMentor 1–3 junior team members, leading to measurable improvement in their performance (e.g., fewer review comments, quicker turnaround).Deliver at least 1 internal training session per quarter to strengthen technical capability within the team.Proactively circulate regular updates with their set of clients impacting the clients TP matters, enhancing thought leadership.Business Development & Client Relationship ManagementPrepare compelling, customized proposals/presentationsAttend client meetings and handle follow-ups, maintaining high client satisfaction scores and establishing long-term client engagement.Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and on-time delivery of all TP services.Training & Development: Enhance technical and professional competencies to contribute to team effectiveness.Actively participate in internal and external training programs to stay updated on latest tax laws, regulatory changes, and best practices.Apply self-learning to improve quality and efficiency of deliverables.Read Taxsutra emails daily and other technical materials circulated by the team on emails and WhatsAppContribute to learning by sharing updates with the practicePractice Management: Ensure operational efficiency and maintain strong client relationships through timely billing and collection.Support monthly MIS preparation by ensuring timely and accurate reporting of status, billing, WIP, and collections for your portfolio.Lead timely and accurate monthly billing of clients, contributing to healthy cash flow.Lead collections and client follow-ups, ensuring recovery of outstanding dues and maintaining client trust.Ensure regular (weekly) compliance with time sheets in an appropriate and disciplined manner for self and the teamEnsure office protocols for self and team is met including but not limited to adhering to office timelines, dressing, etc. Required Competencies, Skills, and ExperienceEntire gamut of transfer pricing – Advisory, Compliance and LitigationShould have independently handled transfer pricing or tax assessments / scrutinyClient facing roleAdvanced understanding of TP principlesGood analytical and communication skills, Good Drafting skills, Good with reading of financial reports, etc.Hiring Process:Your interaction with us will include, but not be limited to,Technical / HR InterviewsAssessment
