Job Title: Graphic Designer (Print & Digital Media)  Location: On-Site Experience: 2–4 Years Employment Type: Full-time  Job Description:  We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in both print and digital media. The ideal candidate should be able to translate concepts into visually compelling designs while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.  Key Responsibilities: Design creatives for print media including brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, posters, packaging, and marketing collaterals Create digital assets for social media, websites, emailers, banners, ads, and presentations Collaborate with content, marketing, and client servicing teams to understand project requirements Adapt and resize designs for multiple formats and platforms Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and quality standards Prepare final print-ready files with proper specifications (bleeds, CMYK, resolutions) Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Incorporate feedback and make revisions efficiently  Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong understanding of print production processes and digital design best practices Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy Experience designing for both offline and online platforms Basic understanding of motion graphics or video (After Effects / Premiere Pro) is a plus Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills  Preferred Qualifications Experience in a creative agency or marketing environment Ability to conceptualize ideas independently and execute them end-to-end Good communication and collaboration skills What We Offer Opportunity to work on diverse brands and creative projects Fast-paced, collaborative work environment Room for creative experimentation and growth
