Job Title: Lead – Administrative ExecutiveJob Location: Bangalore (On-Site)Shift: Night ShiftExperience Required: 4–7 Years (Administrative / Facility / Operations Support)are looking for a Lead-level Administrative Executive who will take complete ownership of all admin-related tasks pertaining to GTC operations during the night shift.The individual will act as the primary point of contact for all administrative matters during night hours and ensure uninterrupted, smooth functioning of the facility. This role demands strong coordination skills, vendor management experience, problem-solving ability, and strong stakeholder communication expertise.The person will also closely collaborate with the dedicated Admin team to ensure seamless alignment across operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage end-to-end administrative operations during night shiftAct as the single point of contact for night shift facility-related concernsHandle shift-level escalations and resolve issues proactivelyManage and coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, security, maintenance, transport, etc.)Lead Vendor Management activities including performance tracking, SLA adherence, and service quality monitoringEnsure facility readiness and operational continuity throughout the shiftOversee Facility Management operations including infrastructure upkeep and compliance standardsCoordinate and support ISO Audit processes including documentation, compliance tracking, and audit readinessSupport and facilitate Security Audits and ensure adherence to safety protocolsManage Guest Management processes including visitor coordination, approvals, and access control complianceOversee Female Cab Management, ensuring safe transport coordination, vendor compliance, and adherence to safety policiesCoordinate and support internal Event Management activities conducted during night hoursOversee inventory and office supplies managementMaintain proper documentation and reporting of incidents/issuesEnsure all compliance documentation is audit-ready and properly maintainedCoordinate effectively with cross-functional teams for operational alignmentCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders and leadership as requiredEnsure compliance with company policies and operational standardsRequirements4–7 years of experience in Administrative / Facility / Operations ManagementExperience handling night shift operations (preferred)Experience in audit coordination (ISO/Security) preferredStrong vendor management and coordination skillsAbility to manage escalations independentlyExcellent stakeholder communication skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilityProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)High ownership mindset and ability to work with minimal supervisionIf this sounds aligned with your experience and career goals, let’s connect and discuss further.Looking forward to your response!
