Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Ahmedabad. The HR Generalist will handle a wide range of human resources activities, including managing HR policies, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Responsibilities also include onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with training and development programs to support employee growth and workplace engagement. Daily, the Generalist will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless HR operations and employee support. QualificationsStrong understanding of Human Resources and HR Management principlesExperience in developing and implementing HR Policies for employee relations and complianceKnowledge and hands-on experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits AdministrationExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismProficiency in HR software and tools is preferredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldRelevant experience in the HR domain, preferably within a similar industry
