JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Senior Site EngineerLocation: Gopalan Olympia – Residential ProjectCompany: Gopalan EnterprisesExperience: 8 – 12 YearsDepartment: Projects / ConstructionQualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)Job DescriptionThe Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities for the Gopalan Olympia Residential Project, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and driving project execution as per timelines. The role requires strong technical expertise in high-rise residential construction and hands-on site experience.Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Site Execution & SupervisionSupervise day-to-day residential construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.Coordinate with subcontractors, site supervisors, and workforce for smooth execution.Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of structural and finishing works.Ensure strict implementation of safety protocols on site.2️⃣ Quality Control & ComplianceInspect reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, block work, plastering, and finishing works.Ensure compliance with residential quality standards and specifications.Maintain inspection reports and quality checklists.Ensure material quality verification before usage.3️⃣ Planning & CoordinationCoordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams for residential project execution.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Plan material requirements and monitor consumption.Assist in BOQ verification, billing coordination, and scheduling.4️⃣ Technical ExpertiseStrong knowledge of RCC structures and high-rise residential construction.Experience in finishing works (tiling, painting, waterproofing, façade, etc.).Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.Resolve on-site technical issues efficiently.5️⃣ Team LeadershipGuide junior engineers and supervisors.Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.Maintain coordination between departments for smooth project delivery.Skills RequiredStrong residential project experience (high-rise preferred).Sound knowledge of construction methodologies.Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.Good reporting and documentation skills.Strong coordination and communication abilities.
