The Caller will interact with clients over the phone, handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, provide information about services, and maintain professional customer relationships. The role also involves gathering feedback and supporting lead generation efforts by identifying potential prospects through calls.QualificationsStrong verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills proficiency in maintaining call logsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple calls efficientlyExcellent problem-solving and customer service skillsA proactive approach with the ability to work collaboratively with a teamFluency in multiple languages is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
