Role OverviewWe are looking for a Marketing Practice Lead to build, scale, and lead our marketing services practice. This role requires a strong blend of marketing strategy, consulting, customer engagement, and business growth. The leader will work closely with sales, delivery, and customers to define go-to-market strategies, build differentiated offerings, and drive measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPractice & Offering Leadership- Define and evolve marketing service offerings across digital marketing, martech platforms, and customer engagement.- Build solution frameworks, value propositions, and reusable assets.- Own the practice roadmap, capability development, and differentiationCustomer & Market Engagement- Act as a trusted advisor to CMOs and Marketing Leaders - Lead discovery workshops and marketing transformation discussions.- Translate business goals into scalable marketing solutions.- Support large deal pursuits and strategic accountsGo-To-Market & Growth- Partner with sales to drive pipeline through GTM initiatives.- Support account expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.- Participate in proposal development, solutioning, and pricing strategyTeam & Capability Building- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing consulting team.- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and alliances teams - Drive best practices, governance, and quality standardsThought Leadership- Represent the company in client forums, webinars, and events.- Contribute to whitepapers, POVs, and industry insights.- Stay ahead of marketing technology and industry trendsRequired Skills & Experience- 12–18+ years of experience in marketing, digital, or martech consulting.- Strong experience working with enterprise customers.- Proven ability to engage with CXO / CMO-level stakeholders.- Experience in IT services or consulting organizations.- Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems.- Experience building or scaling a practice is highly preferredKey Competencies- Consultative mindset.- Strong communication and storytelling.- Business and commercial acumen.- Leadership and influence without authority.- Strategic thinking with execution orientationWhat Success Looks Like- Scaled and differentiated marketing practice.- Strong customer advocacy and reference ability.- Improved win rates and pipeline contribution.- High-performing, motivated practice team
