Simaero is a global provider of flight simulator training to airlines, training organisations, and commercial pilots. As we embark on a major digital transformation, we are moving our infrastructure to a modern Hybrid Cloud environment to support a new AI-first SaaS platform.Taking a significant step towards enhanced pilot training in India, Simaero India is establishing an 8-bay, EASA & DGCA India ATO approved Full Flight Simulator (FFS) facility. Our Gurugram centre is a state-of-the-art facility delivering high-quality pilot training in a safety-driven and regulatory-controlled environment.Simaero India is seeking a polished, service-oriented Front Desk & Customer Experience Executive to represent our organisation at the Gurugram training centre.This is a critical, high-visibility position serving as the first point of contact for airline crew, instructors, airline management representatives, DGCA officials, auditors, and international visitors.
