Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Project Management, based in Mysore. The role includes overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities comprise leading and managing project teams, coordinating cross-departmental collaboration, monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Qualifications Strong Program Management and Budgeting skills, with the ability to manage resources effectively and ensure projects adhere to financial constraints. The candidate must be from construction field having 15 to 20 years of experince. Should have experience in the construction of residential, commercial, industrial projects Excellent Communication and Team Management skills to lead teams, collaborate across departments, and maintain clear communication with stakeholdersProficient Analytical Skills for problem-solving, risk assessment, and decision-makingBachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
