Global QA/QC CoordinatorRole OverviewThe Global QA/QC Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating international inspection and expediting activities from enquiry receipt through completion and invoicing.The role ensures seamless collaboration across regional teams and affiliates, maintains service quality standards, supports KPI achievement, and enhances customer experience through structured global coordination and digital process optimisation.Key Responsibilities1. Global Inspection CoordinationReceive and acknowledge inspection enquiries within defined service level timelines.Review scope of work and documentation for completeness.Allocate assignments to regional offices or coordinate execution through approved inspectors.Identify and confirm inspector availability, competence, and commercial acceptance.Prepare submission documentation and customer quotations.Confirm bookings and issue inspection documentation (scope, checklists, reporting templates).Maintain clear communication with clients and regional stakeholders.2. Report & Quality ManagementEnsure inspection reports are submitted within agreed turnaround times.Review reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements.Escalate urgent non-conformances promptly.Coordinate resolution of technical queries with relevant technical authorities.3. Billing & Payment CoordinationVerify billing quantities and rates prior to invoice release.Ensure inspector timesheets and expenses are validated.Coordinate timely and accurate payments aligned with customer invoicing.4. Contract & Compliance AdministrationSupport execution of international contracts in alignment with company procedures.Maintain accurate documentation and system records.Ensure adherence to corporate integrity, compliance, and professional conduct standards.5.
