We are looking for a Senior 3D Artist (3Ds Max + V-Ray) with strong technical visualization expertise to join our growing engineering animation team.If you have experience translating complex industrial systems into high-impact visual stories, this role is for you.Role Overview: As a 3D Artist, you will work on high-precision engineering and industrial animation projects across sectors such as heavy engineering, manufacturing, power generation, process plants, and industrial equipment.You will collaborate closely with engineers, animators, and creative leads to develop technically accurate and visually compelling outputs.Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D models, materials, lighting setups, and renders using 3Ds Max + V-RayInterpret engineering drawings, CAD data (STEP/IGES), and technical documentationDevelop industrial environments, machinery assemblies, and process animationsOptimize assets for animation and real-time workflowsEnsure dimensional accuracy and technical realismCollaborate with animation and post-production teams for final deliveryRequired Skills and Experience:4–5+ years of professional experience in 3D modeling and renderingStrong expertise in Autodesk 3Ds MaxAdvanced knowledge of V-Ray lighting, shading, and renderingExperience working with engineering or industrial projectsStrong understanding of materials, scale, and mechanical detailingAbility to handle large assemblies and complex scenes efficientlyGood understanding of render optimization and output workflowsPreferred/ Bonus Skills: Experience in Engineering / Technical AnimationUnderstanding of mechanical systems and industrial processesExposure to AI-assisted tools for modeling, rendering, or workflow optimizationKnowledge of Unreal Engine, Omniverse, or real-time visualization pipelinesBasic compositing or post-production knowledge
