We enable #HumanFirstDigitalJob Overview:The Regulatory Reporting & Controls Manager is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant reporting of trades and positions across global jurisdictions. This role supports the firm’s regulatory obligations under MiFID II, EMIR, Asia regulatory frameworks, and U.S. reporting requirements under CFTC, SEC, and CAD. The role involves performing reconciliations, investigating reporting breaks, remediating historical issues, strengthening controls, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive reporting accuracy and operational risk reduction in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:Remediation & Risk ManagementIdentify, investigate, and resolve regulatory reporting gaps and deficienciesLead remediation projects addressing historical reporting failures, data quality issues, and regulatory breachesConduct root cause analysis for reporting breaks and implement sustainable solutionsCoordinate with Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams to close identified gapsManage backlog clearance, resubmission projects, and remediation plansLiaise with regulators on remediation plans, timelines, and reporting requirements________________________________________Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline10+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, capital markets, trade operations, or complianceExperience in owning multi year remediation programs and large-scale resubmissionsLead requirements gathering and test planningCoordinate and oversees the work of BA team; advice testers as requiredLiaise with relevant SPOCs on remediation plansGovern backlog clearanceProvide executive reporting and leadership governanceOur Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:Did you know that Apexon has been Certified™ by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, in each of the four regions in which it operates: USA (for the seventh time in 2026), India (for the tenth consecutive time in 2026), the UK(for the fourth time in 2026) and Mexico (for the second time in 2026).
