As we expand our global support capabilities from India, we’re looking for passionate leaders who thrive in fast-paced, client-facing roles to help us build scalable, high-impact teams.Job Title:Audit & Valuation Specialist (CA)(Audit-focused role with valuation exposure)Location:Bangalore, India Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST | 5-day work weekReporting: U.S. Practice Team – BirminghamRole Overview:We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with strong audit and assurance experience, who also has the capability and interest to support valuation assignments as needed.The immediate focus of this role will be on audit, review, and compilation engagements. As valuation demand increases, the role will gradually expand to include business valuation and financial analysis work.This is a combination technical role requiring flexibility, strong fundamentals, and comfort working across multiple service lines.Primary Responsibilities (Audit-Focused):Execute and support audit, review, and compilation engagements for U.S.-based clientsPerform audit testing, documentation, and workpaper preparation in line with U.S. standardsReview financial statements and supporting schedules for accuracy and complianceAnalyze financial data, identify risks, and flag control or reporting issuesCollaborate with U.S. engagement teams to meet quality and deadline expectationsAssist in resolving audit queries and preparing client-ready documentationSecondary Responsibilities (Valuation & Advisory Exposure):Support business valuation engagements on an as-needed basisAssist with financial modeling, data analysis, and valuation inputsConduct industry, market, and economic researchContribute to valuation reports, schedules, and presentation materialsApply analytical techniques such as regression analysis where required (Advanced valuation methods exposure is a plus, not mandatory)Ideal Candidate Profile:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)Strong experience in audit / assurance / financial reportingComfortable working across audit, review, and compilation workstreamsExposure to valuation, financial modeling, or transaction advisory is a plusStrong Excel skills and structured analytical thinkingClear written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to adapt workload based on business demandInterest in long-term growth across audit + valuation, not siloed rolesTools & Exposure (Preferred):Audit documentation and financial reporting toolsAdvanced Excel and PowerPointExposure to valuation databases (Capital IQ, Bloomberg, DealStats, etc.) is an advantage but not mandatoryWhat This Role Is — and Is NotIs:Audit-led role with advisory exposureSuitable for CAs who enjoy breadth and learningTransparent about current business priorities Is Not:A pure valuation-only position (at least initially)A narrow, repetitive audit-only back-office roleWhat Success Looks Like:High-quality audit deliverables with minimal reworkSmooth collaboration with U.S. teamsAbility to transition into valuation work as demand growsReliability, flexibility, and professional judgment
