Working very closely with Deloitte India’s Strategy Office and Agentic AI CoE, you’ll prototype AI-powered platforms, digital products, embedded systems and productivity tools that drive real business change. Expect rapid learning, mentorship from industry leaders, and the freedom to push technological boundaries while delivering measurable impact.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Development & PrototypingBuild, test, and iterate on prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions across innovation zones (Agentic AI, GenAI, Digital Studio, etc.).Develop applications and tools using Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and Agentic AI frameworks.Contribute to the design and development of MVP architectures for scalable platforms.AI & Emerging Tech IntegrationRun early-stage experiments in advanced AI technologies, including GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG agents, LLM agents, knowledge graphs etc.Implement, fine-tune, and optimize GenAI models using effective context engineering techniques.Contribute to building production-grade autonomous agents and workflows using open-source and platform-based Agentic AI tools (e.g., LangChain, Neo4j, Azure Foundry, Bedrock).Collaboration & ExperimentationWork closely with designers, domain experts, and senior engineers to co-create innovative solutions.Participate in ideation sessions, technical workshops, and client demonstrations.Continuously experiment with new and emerging technologies across diverse tech stacks.Documentation & MaintenanceDocument code, architecture, and technical processes to support knowledge sharing and scalability.Maintain, enhance, and iterate on existing prototypes, demos, and production environments.Preferred Skills & TechnologiesProgramming & Application Development: Python, JavaScript, React, Nodejs, AngularAI/ML & GenAI: Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face), Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Chunking, Context Engineering techniquesAgentic AI: Exposure to agentic frameworks and orchestration tools like Langchain, Langgraph, CrewAI, or similarCloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms and services - Azure, AWS, or GCPAI Coding & Developer productivity tools: Cursor, Github Copilot, Codex or Claude CodeRelational and Vector Databases: Postgres, SQL/SQLite, ChromaDB and vector databasesData querying: Experience with SQLTools & Practices: Git, REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD, Agile methodologiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field1–4 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or emerging tech prototypingStrong problem-solving and collaboration skillsEagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.What We OfferHands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and real-world innovation challengesA collaborative, inclusive, and future-focused work culturePart of forward-thinking team that values creativity and data-driven decision-makingOpportunity to build a central engine for technology innovation across the firmLocation and way of workingBase location: Bangalore (WFO)This profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
