Hiring: Enterprise Growth Lead – AI Safety Platforms (B2B) Location: India (Bengaluru) Experience: 6–10 years (Enterprise B2B / Techno-Sales) Reports to: CEOAbout SigSenz SigSenz builds AI-powered video + telematics safety platforms for high-risk mobility eco- systems including Oil & Gas, Industrial Gases, Logistics, Mining, and Public Transport. The RoleWe are looking for an Enterprise Techno-Sales Manager to build, own, and convert a strong B2B sales pipeline while actively driving new business. This role is responsible for managing complex, high-value enterprise deals end-to-end—from prospecting and discovery to pilots, closures, and long-term account expansion.You will sell solutions, not products, engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders across Safety, Operations, IT, and Procurement to deliver measurable safety and ROI outcomesWhat You’ll DoPipeline & New Business DevelopmentProactively identify, qualify, and build a robust enterprise sales pipelineDrive new market acquisition across target high-risk mobility segmentsDevelop and execute account-specific sales strategies to accelerate deal velocityEnterprise Sales OwnershipOwn the full enterprise sales lifecycle: discovery → solutioning → pilot/POC → clo-sure → expansionLead consultative sales conversations focused on fleet safety, risk mitigation, compli-ance, and ROIDesign customer-specific solutions spanning DMS, ADAS, Blind-Spot, VideoTelematics, and AnalyticsConversion & Deal ClosureDrive and convert pilots/POCs into scaled, long-term, multi-year deploymentsLead commercial discussions including pricing, proposals, negotiations, and contractingAccurately forecast revenue and maintain strong CRM disciplineAccount Growth & Stakeholder ManagementGrow strategic accounts through renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and multi-site rolloutsBuild long-term relationships with CXO and senior decision-makersAct as the primary owner of customer success from a sales perspectiveCross-functional Collaboration & RepresentationWork closely with Product, Engineering, Deployment, and Support teams to delivercustomer outcomesRepresent SigSenz in enterprise meetings, safety forums, and industry eventsWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of B2B enterprise sales or techno-sales experienceProven track record selling complex tech solutions (hardware + software + services)Experience with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buyingStrong understanding of IoT / AI / SaaS / Video / Telematics / Enterprise TechAbility to talk technology, operations, safety, and business outcomes with equalconfidenceSharp negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skillsBonus PointsExperience in fleet management, logistics, Oil & Gas, industrial transportation, orsafety-critical systemsFamiliarity with video telematics, DMS, ADAS, dashcams, or compliance-driven de-ploymentsStartup or scale-up experience selling into enterprisesWhat Success Looks LikePilots convert into large, repeatable enterprise contractsStrong, trusted relationships with enterprise decision-makersPredictable, high-quality pipeline and revenue ownershipClear articulation of SigSenz’s value: Safety.
