Job Title: Investor Relations AnalystLocation: PuneExperience: Minimum 4 yearsQualification: CA (Qualified) – MandatoryIndustry Preference: Automotive / Auto OEM / Auto AncillaryRole OverviewWe are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of post-qualification experience to join the Investor Relations function. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the automotive sector and a strong understanding of financial analysis, stakeholder communication, and capital market interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage the company’s Investor Relations strategy and communication.Prepare investor presentations, earnings decks, quarterly results notes, and annual reports.Coordinate with internal finance, strategy, and leadership teams for financial disclosures.Analyze financial performance, industry trends, competitor benchmarking, and market positioning.Handle investor queries and support earnings calls, analyst meets, and investor roadshows.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to disclosures.Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.Track shareholding patterns, investor feedback, and market perception.Key RequirementsCA (Qualified) – Mandatory.Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience.Prior experience in Investor Relations / FP&A / Corporate Finance.Strong preference for candidates from Automotive / Auto OEM / Auto Component industry.Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong understanding of capital markets and financial reporting standards.
