Job Description

PROTEIN WORLDSystems & Operations AssociateIndia | Full-Time | Multiple Roles AvailableMost people see a system and accept it. You see a system and immediately know how to make it better.Protein World is a globally recognised wellness brand with over a million followers across social platforms, featured in every major Western publication, and behind some of the most impactful health campaigns of the last decade. We have worked with elite athletes, cultural icons, and a community of people who believe in living at their absolute best.We are not just a product company. We are a consciousness company. Everything we do serves one idea: when people feel truly well, they become extraordinary. And when systems work the way they should, people are free to do exactly that.We are building our India operations across multiple verticals — telecommunications, property development, wellness, and beyond — and we need people who can look at how things move and make them move better. The OpportunityAs a Systems & Operations Associate, you will work across our ventures with one core mission: understand how things are working, find where they are not, and build the processes that fix it permanently. You are not here to report on problems. You are here to eliminate them. You will map workflows, identify friction, design better sequences, and implement improvements that make the whole organism run cleaner and faster. One month you may be streamlining how SIM activations are processed. The next, you are building a tracking system for a construction project, or mapping the customer journey for a new wellness product. The domain changes. Your lens stays the same. What You Will DoMap existing processes across business verticals and identify where friction, duplication, or gaps existDesign and implement cleaner workflows that reduce manual effort and increase reliabilityBuild simple tracking and reporting systems so that nothing falls through the gapsSpot the same bottleneck appearing in different forms across different ventures — and solve it onceWork closely with Ops Associates to understand the human side of every processDocument everything — so that what you build outlasts any single personContinuously iterate — nothing is ever finished, only better than it wasWho You AreWe are not hiring a CV. We are hiring a mind. You think in flows and sequences. When something is explained to you, you naturally visualise the steps. You see where one thing should lead to the next — and where it currently does not.You are a natural optimiser.Something in you is bothered by inefficiency. Not in an anxious way — in a curious way. You look at how things work and you cannot help but ask: could this be simpler? Could this be faster? Could this happen once instead of three times? You have high pattern recognition. You can look across completely different domains — a telecoms operation, a building project, a customer service flow — and see that the same underlying problem is appearing in all three. That ability is rare. We are looking for it.You are low ego about being right. The best systems thinkers do not care who gets credit. They care that the thing works. If someone has a better way, you adopt it immediately. You are still high consciousness. This is not a technical role that excuses poor people skills. You must be able to work closely with humans, understand what they need from a system, and build something they will actually use. An optimiser who ignores the human element builds bureaucracy, not flow. Background We Look ForWe care more about how your mind works than where you studied. That said, people who tend to thrive in this role often come from backgrounds in industrial engineering, operations management, commerce, or systems design. Exposure to process mapping, workflow tools, or any lean or optimisation methodology is a genuine advantage — not because the certification matters, but because it signals the right kind of thinking. What We OfferDirect exposure to a globally recognised brand and a multi-vertical businessThe ability to see your improvements working in real time — across real venturesA team of high-consciousness, driven, genuinely positive peopleOpportunity to travel and engage with international operationsFast growth — your ceiling here is set by the quality of what you build, not by a job titleA working environment built around wellbeing, energy, and human performanceThe rare chance to design systems from scratch — not inherit someone else's mess foreverCompensationBase salary of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month, depending on the person. The right systems thinker will not stay at the bottom of that range for long — we move fast when someone demonstrates genuine impact. We also offer a wellness benefit, because we actually mean it when we say we care about how you feel.A Note on FitThere is a type of person who has spent years inside companies watching things not work — and quietly, patiently knowing they could fix it if someone would just let them. Nobody listened. Nobody asked. We are asking. If your brain naturally goes to how something could work better the moment you walk into a room — this is where that brain belongs.ApplyTell us who you are. Show us how you think. Walk us through something you looked at, knew was broken, and fixed — even if it was small. That story tells us everything.Send your application to:
