Revenue & P&L OwnershipOwn end-to-end commercial performance and P&L across marketplaces and D2C channelsDrive sustainable revenue growth while maintaining strong contribution marginsManage pricing strategy, discounting, advertising spends, platform commissions, and inventory impactDevelop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue plans aligned with inventory availability2. Marketplace Expansion & GrowthScale brand presence across major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Eternz, and emerging platformsLead end-to-end launch of new marketplaces including onboarding, assortment planning, and go-live executionBuild strong platform relationships to unlock visibility programs, brand placements, and participation in key sale events3. Advertising & Sales AccelerationOwn and optimize marketplace advertising strategies (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, etc.)Drive performance-led growth through ROAS optimization and data-driven ad spend allocationImprove product discoverability through keyword optimization, listings enhancement, and conversion improvementsPlan and execute promotional campaigns, deal events, and seasonal sales4. D2C Commercial GrowthScale the D2C channel into a profitable growth engineOwn key commercial metrics including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchase ratePartner with marketing teams to ensure campaigns translate into measurable revenue outcomesDevelop bundles, promotional strategies, and initiatives to migrate marketplace customers to D2C5.
