As an inside sales associate, you will be crucial in promoting and selling digital solutions to medical practitioners, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and building long lasting relationships.Key Responsibilities :Act as the primary SPOC for assigned hospital/clinic clients.Coordinate delivery of digital marketing services (website, SEO, social media, ads, content).Manage client communication, expectations, timelines, and updates.Track deliverables with internal teams (design, SEO, ads, development, content).Conduct onboarding calls and manage digital setup (GMB, social pages, website inputs, etc.).Share weekly/monthly reports and explain key performance insights.Drive renewals by maintaining account health and initiating discussions on timeRequired Skills & Experience:Strong communication & relationship-building skills2 to 5 Years of Experience.Understanding of digital marketing workflows (SEO, social media, ads, websites)Good coordination, problem-solving & multitasking abilityProactive, organised, and client-focusedEducation & Certifications (Preferred):BBA/MBA graduate (preferred)Excel, PPT & CRM toolsAbout ValueMomentumValueMomentum is a leading solutions provider for the global property & casualty insurance industry, supported by deep domain and technology capabilities.
