About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who will lead residential/commercial interior design projects from concept to completion. This role requires strong design sensibility, technical expertise, client management skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Project DevelopmentLead the complete interior design process, including concept development, space planning, and detailed design.Prepare layout plans, working drawings, and design presentations.Develop mood boards, material selections, color schemes, and furniture specifications.Ensure designs align with client requirements, budget, and project timelines.Client ManagementMeet clients to understand requirements, preferences, and functional needs.Present design concepts and explain technical details clearly.Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design integrity.Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Technical & Execution CoordinationPrepare detailed drawings for execution including modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, and false ceiling layouts.Coordinate with site supervisors and execution teams.Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation meets specifications.Resolve design-related issues during execution.Team LeadershipMentor and guide junior designers.Review and approve drawings and design proposals from junior team members.Maintain design standards and consistency across projects.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.4 to 8 years of relevant experience in residential interior design.Proven experience handling end-to-end interior design projects.Required SkillsStrong design visualization and conceptual skills.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools.Knowledge of materials, finishes, and modular furniture systems.Strong space planning and technical drawing skills.Excellent communication and client handling abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in modular kitchen and wardrobe design.Knowledge of site execution and construction processes.Experience mentoring junior designers.
