Job Summary: Seeking hands-on experience in US Mortgage Servicing, specifically Escrow. Key Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong understanding of US Mortgage Escrow processes, including escrow setup, maintenance, disbursements, and annual escrow analysis.Knowledge of RESPA regulations, tax/insurance escrow requirements, and industry compliance standards.Familiarity with shortage/surplus calculations, escrow projections, and account adjustments.
