Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect to provide technical leadership and solution architecture for complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce programs. The role requires deep, hands-on expertise across core Salesforce clouds, strong stakeholder engagement, and experience with Salesforce Agent force. You will be responsible for end-to-end architecture decisions from discovery and design to build, integrations, deployment, and optimization while mentoring teams and driving Salesforce best practices across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Technical LeadershipLead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for large, complex implementations.Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and platform best practices.Own and maintain architecture deliverables including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), integration diagrams, and deployment strategies.Lead and facilitate architecture and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.Salesforce Platform & DevelopmentProvide hands-on leadership across:Lightning Web Components (LWC)Sales Cloud and Service CloudApex, Triggers, Flows, APIs, and IntegrationsGuide development teams on coding standards, design patterns, governor limits, and performance optimization.Drive CI/CD workflows, release management, and environment strategy across the Salesforce landscape.Agent force & AI EnablementExperience or exposure to Salesforce Agentforce Understanding of AI-driven service automationIntelligent workflowsAgent orchestration within Service CloudIdentify and define use cases where Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities can enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.Stakeholder & Program ManagementCollaborate closely with client stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and delivery leaders.Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.Support project planning, risk management, and overall delivery governance.Provide guidance for production support and perform root-cause analysis for critical issues.Mentorship & GovernanceMentor and coach developers, technical leads, and junior architects.Establish and enforce Salesforce development governance, best practices, and quality standards.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the team.Qualifications & Competencies15–20+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture within enterprise environments and minimum 12+ years of end-to-end Salesforce implementation experienceArchitecture Experience: Led 5–6+ large-scale end-to-end Salesforce implementations Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, integration patterns, and broader enterprise architecture principles.Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and guide Salesforce development and architecture teams.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.A passion for continuous learning, especially around Salesforce AI, Agentforce, and emerging platform innovations.Mandatory Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience with:Salesforce Lightning & LWCSales Cloud & Service CloudApex, Triggers, Flows, and IntegrationsProven experience in:End-to-end ownership of the design phaseComplex integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware, external systems)Data migration and enterprise security modelsCertifications (Mandatory – Non‑Negotiable)Candidates must possess active Architect‑level Salesforce certifications and meet the following requirements:Application Architect or System Architect (at least one required)Platform Developer I (PD1) – MandatoryPlatform Developer II (PD2) – MandatoryLocation: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai
