To learn more, visit .Role Overview: This role involves identifying, shaping, and managing strategic partnerships and alliances that accelerate business growth and strengthen our platform ecosystem across startups, enterprises, academia, and other innovation networks.The Associate will operate with end-to-end ownership—from scouting and evaluation to execution and post-launch governance, while collaborating with various cross-functional teams like legal, engineering, finance and risk.The position requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to convert loosely defined opportunities into structured, high-value partnerships.What You’ll Do:Develop and execute partnership and alliance strategies that align with Vision, business objectives, innovation priorities, and long-term ecosystem goals.Continuously scout, evaluate, and track emerging players in the AI ecosystem to identify collaboration opportunities across technology providers, startups, academia, and complementary platforms.Conduct market research, competitor mapping, and whitespace analysis to inform partnership decisions and build a strong external intelligence pipeline.Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential partners based on strategic fit, technical capabilities, value creation potential, and go-to-market synergies.Own the end-to-end partner onboarding process, including due diligence, from legal, risk and finance teams, documentation, and governance and press releasesFacilitate negotiation of partnership terms and agreements by coordinating with product, legal, finance, and leadership teams to ensure clarity, viability, and smooth execution.Create and maintain a detailed partnership tracker, update weekly progress reviews, escalate blockers, and prepare clear updates for leadership.Work closely with the Learning & Development team to design, launch, and manage partner-led learning content and certification programs on the learning and excellence portal.Co-develop joint marketing, communication, and enablement materials with partners for both internal stakeholders and external audiences to drive visibility, adoption, and thought leadership.Act as the operational point of contact for partners, ensuring continuous engagement, performance monitoring, and timely issue resolution.What We’re Looking For:Experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or related fields.Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.Ability to work independently and drive projects end-to-end.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Experience with tech platforms or ecosystems is a plus.Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing company where your work directly impacts our growth and innovation ecosystem.
