As a brand, we sit at the intersection of education, careers, and the future of work, constantly evolving to stay ahead of how businesses and skills are changing.About the Role:As an Influencer Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for executing influencer-led campaigns across IIDE’s categories and audiences. You will work closely with brand, social, and creative teams to identify the right creators, ideate content, coordinate execution, and track performance.This is a hands-on execution role that requires strong creator understanding, content sensibility, operational discipline, and comfort working at scale.Key Responsibilities:Research, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end - from outreach and briefing to execution and closure.Work with brand & social teams to ideate influencer content aligned with campaign goals. Manage influencer communication, timelines, deliverables, and approvalsTrack campaign performance and maintain influencer performance reportsBuild and maintain an influencer database segmented by category, reach, and performanceSupport cohort launches, brand campaigns, events, and always-on influencer programsOwn influencer budgets, including content, production, and external agenciesRequirementsMust-Have1.5–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Social Media rolesHands-on experience with influencer research, outreach, and coordinationStrong understanding of content formats (reels, stories, YouTube integrations, LinkedIn posts)Good communication and follow-up skillsComfortable working with Google Sheets / Docs for tracking and reportingExecution-focused, detail-oriented, and deadline-drivenNice-to-HaveExperience working with education, consumer brands, or digital-first companies or Influencer marketing agenciesExposure to campaign reporting and basic performance metricsFamiliarity with influencer tools or databasesBackground in marketing, communications, or media-related education
