Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate for Marketplace to manage marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of the brands in eCommerce platforms. An ideal candidate can be someone with 1-3 years of experience with external sales management and also interested in beauty & personal care and would like to build a career in this industry.Key Responsibilities: Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in any marketplace platform.Doing market research, understanding competition market trends.Responsible for product cataloging, A+ content, and search engine optimization of the listingsManaging relationships with related personnel within the designated marketplaces with Internal and External Stakeholders.Optimizing shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time and save costs.Preparing weekly and monthly reports and working with management & seniors to forecast future performance with good data analytical skills.Handling Inventory management in case of deficits.To work with brand/creative team for inputs related to marketing activities Qualifications: 1-3 years of managing e-commerce sales, with a BTech/BCom/MBA/ other bachelor's/master’s degree from a reputed college. Interest and willingness to learn about the beauty & personal care sector is a strong advantageStrong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate the objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders.Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
