Associate - ArchitectureWe are seeking an experienced and technically strong Associate - Architecture with proven expertise in BIM/Revit and AutoCAD, and significant experience in delivering high-rise residential developments.The role requires an architect capable of leading architectural design development, managing BIM-driven documentation, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across all project stages - from concept design through construction documentation and project delivery.The ideal candidate will have 9-14 years of professional architectural experience, strong technical capabilities, and the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining high standards of design quality, coordination, and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural design development and project delivery for high-rise residential projects across all design stages.Manage and oversee BIM workflows using Revit, ensuring model accuracy, coordination, and documentation quality.Develop and coordinate detailed BIM models with structural, MEP, and other consultants.Ensure accurate and timely production of architectural drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.Conduct design and technical reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements, building regulations, and industry standards.Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective multidisciplinary collaboration.Identify and resolve design and coordination issues during design development and documentation stages.Support client presentations, design reviews, and project discussions.Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members, maintaining high standards of documentation and project delivery.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).9-14 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.Strong experience in high-rise residential projects.Proven experience in BIM-based project delivery and consultant coordination.Experience working within large architectural or multidisciplinary consultancy environments is preferred.Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Revit (BIM modelling, documentation, and coordination).Strong command of AutoCAD for architectural documentation and detailing.Good understanding of construction documentation, detailing standards, and building regulations.Working knowledge of SketchUp or other visualization tools is an advantage.Application RequirementsInterested candidates should submit:Updated CVPortfolio highlighting High-Rise Residential ProjectsRevit project samples (preferred)
