Job Profile:5 – 6 years of experience in Ecommerce / Commerce media, with strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and Flipkart Ads; working knowledge of Q-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, ePharma (Tata 1MG), and Lifestyle platforms like Myntra, Nykaa is preferred.Deep understanding of Amazon and Flipkart ecosystem (ads, content, cataloging, pricing, promotions, inventory impact, search visibility, etc.) to drive holistic brand growth.Strong understanding of Ecommerce business models including marketplace, inventory-led, D2C, and hybrid structures.Lead end-to-end Commerce strategy for key client accounts, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share.Translate client business objectives into full-funnel Commerce media strategies aligned with revenue, ROAS, TACOS, new-to-brand, retention, and share-of-search goals.Own annual and quarterly planning, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue projections for client accounts.Identify growth levers across paid media, organic visibility, catalog optimization, and promotional strategies.Oversee creation and execution of integrated Commerce media plans across Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Flipkart Ads, and other relevant marketplaces.Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and business impact.Generate advanced campaign and business insights by analyzing platform data, category trends, competition benchmarking, and sales analytics.Lead client communication including performance reviews, QBRs, strategic roadmaps, and growth presentations.Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, creative, content, and account management teams to deliver integrated solutions.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow account revenue and strengthen client partnerships.Drive adoption of Ecommerce best practices to improve brand visibility, share of voice, and market share.Mentor and groom Business Managers, Analysts, and Associates; provide structured feedback and capability-building plans.Support hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members within the Commerce vertical.Key Attributes:Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and revenue ownership mindset.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and scale teams.Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision making.Proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in client-facing environments.Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.High level of ownership and accountability for business outcomes.Constant upskilling to stay updated with Ecommerce trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.Strong stakeholder management skills across clients, internal teams, and marketplace partners.
