Job SummaryThe Civil Site Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to design specifications and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all on-site construction activitiesCoordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure compliance with project plans, drawings, and specificationsMonitor project schedule and ensure timely completionControl site costs and optimize resource utilizationImplement and enforce health & safety regulationsConduct site inspections and quality control checksResolve technical and operational issues on-sitePrepare daily/weekly progress reportsManage site workforce, including laborers and supervisorsEnsure proper documentation and record keeping.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering10-15+ years of construction site experienceStrong knowledge of construction methods and materialsAbility to read and interpret drawings and BOQsGood leadership and decision-making skillsFamiliarity with safety regulations and compliance standardsProficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plusKey SkillsLeadership & team managementProblem-solving abilityCommunication skillsTime managementCost control awarenessQuality assurance knowledgeWork EnvironmentPrimarily site-basedMay require extended hours depending on project timelines
