Job Description IT Expert experienced in MES with special emphasis on Siemens OpsCenterResponsibilitiesTake care of service requests and issue resolution for various running OP center systemsInteract with customers and stakeholders on issue resolutionShiftwork required: early shift and late shift will be required, no night shift.On call service required from time to time over weekend and/or nightExecute life cycle management activities such as patching according to vulnerability management planSupport project activities according to capabilities, such as installations, configurations, peripheral device integration etc. . Depending on experience, full integration in technical project team is possibleInitiate and follow up processes such as change management, update relevant documentation and systemsProfileIT, engineering or natural science background3-10 years experience in operational services, in best case for MES OP CenterFamiliar as a user with ServiceNow, ITIL processes, change management processes, vulnerability management processesGood technical understanding of the platform, administrative functions and configuration parametersGood technical understanding of integration of the platform to other higher or lower level components such as SAP, Kepware, OPC UA, weighing systems…Good technical understanding of operating systems and network componentsGood understanding of ISA95 OT architectureVery good communication skills, experienced in handling conflicts with difficult customers, cross cultural competence and clear English languageQuality oriented mind-set with proven practice of documentation and testing
