Review strategies for workplace operations and initiatives for overseas operations in alignment with Org mandate and business imperatives per country. Manage multi-functional & multi-cultural team for ensuring excellence in operations as per standard operating procedures and applicable standards to fulfil the SLAs with customers and stakeholders, both internal & external.Identify potential risks to workplace operations per location / Geo and evolve actions for mitigation in consultation with relevant SMEs. Highlight residual risks to enable effective risk management through understanding the risks/ issues, choosing and enable implementation of effective controls.Collaborate with relevant delivery & enabling functions internally and as required with external partners in planning and driving initiatives (including evolving technologies) for continual improvements.Be an integral part of processes to strategize, plan and manage budgets (Capex and Opex) , including timely procurement to payment processes for seamless business operations in alignment with Org guidelinesConduct periodic reviews with each location for smooth functioning of locational activities including needed changes and enhancements to practices and processes, including cost optimization opportunities Ensure compliance regional regulations and internal requirements as may be applicable to each office/country/Geo in consultation with domain-based SMEsIdentify, groom, reward and develop high performers, plan for recruitment and / or reskilling based on Geo growth plans to engage, retain and develop a to lead a committed team.
