Revenue Growth & Sales LeadershipOwn revenue targets for the Wellness & Longevity verticalDrive enterprise adoption of EAP, Functional Care Assessments, and ThrivePassIdentify and close opportunities with enterprise employers across IndiaWork closely with the central enterprise sales team to drive deal conversions2. Strategic Client ExpansionDrive adoption within Truworth’s existing enterprise client base.Responsibilities include:Identify cross-sell and program expansion opportunities within current client relationshipsWork with Customer Success and Key Account teams to introduce the right programsEngage with CHROs, Benefits Leaders, and HR leadership teamsPosition longevity and wellbeing programs as strategic health interventions3. Insurance PartnershipsDevelop partnerships with health insurance companies to integrate wellness and longevity programs with premium corporate health insurance offerings.Responsibilities include:Identify opportunities to embed EAP, preventive care, and longevity programs within insurer productsWork with insurers to design value-added health programs for high-end policiesBuild joint enterprise offerings for corporate clients4. Enterprise AdvisoryAct as a strategic advisor to corporate clients on employee wellbeing and longevity strategiesTranslate workforce health insights into structured program recommendationsSupport organisations in transitioning from transactional wellness initiatives to outcome-driven programs5.
