We are grateful for the positive traction that we have received, including with premium networks such as Nord Anglia, Cognita, Repton, ISP, etc. We are actively launching across KSA, Bahrain, Singapore and other markets over 2024.zenda is backed by leading VCs including the $1.5bn Saudi Technology Venture, Global Founders Capital, COTU, Venture Souq etc, and is seamlessly integrated with more than 45 local, regional and global SIS/ERP systems.We are expanding our teams aggressively across functions in the UAE and India, are looking for talent professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset and the passion to create disruptive businesses.AI Product ManagerLocation - BangaloreKey Responsibilities - Lead an AI-first product and engineering strategy, orchestrating human teams and AI agents to drive high-impact outcomes and accelerate delivery in a fast-paced environment.Own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from ideation, requirement gathering, design, development, and launch, to continuous improvement.Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories for engineering, design, and QA teams.Collaborate closely with design, development, operations, and business stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery aligned with organizational goals.Own the end-to-end mobile-first user experience, leveraging AI-driven insights and intelligent features to continuously optimize engagement, personalization, and usability. Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking to innovate and enhance UX by thoughtfully integrating AI wherever it creates meaningful user value.Work closely with partners, and enterprise customers to ensure seamless integrations, reliable product performance, and excellent user experience.Requirements - Total 5 years of overall relevant experience across product, technology, or operations roles, with a minimum of 3 years experience building products and mobile appsHands-on, demonstrable experience in Vibe Engineering, with a proven track record of building and shipping production-grade applications or features, is mandatory.Deeply passionate about AI, with a strong track record of actively exploring its evolving capabilities and applying them strategically within their work and organization. Demonstrated ability to create meaningful, measurable impact in prior roles by effectively leveraging AI to drive innovation, efficiency, and business outcomes.Well-rounded exposure across UX/UI design, product thinking, and development processes.Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with strong attention to detail.Entrepreneurial or startup mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and building from 0→1 and 1→n.Experience with LLM-based products (chatbots, copilots, agents, RAG systems) is mandatoryPrior hands-on experience in billing, invoicing, accounting, or financial workflow modules is preferred
