Job descriptionWalk-in drive for HRO/UK PAYROLL/QUALITY on 07 March 2026 at Chennai locationPlease walk-in for interview on 07 March 2026 Note: Please carry copy of this email to the venue and make sure you register your application before attending the walk-in.NOTE: There will be a domain assessment conducted, please carry simple calculators for the sameALSO CARRY PAN CARD[Please mention Candidate ID on top of the Resume]Please use below link to apply and register your application.[Kindly read the JD before applying]Registration link for the job:239725239724239723239721Interview details:Interview Date: 07 March 2026Interview Time: 10 AM till 1 PMInterview Venue: Infosys BPM Limited Pacifica Tech park, Survey No.76, No.23 Rajiv Gandhi Salai (OMR), Navalur Chennai,Tamil Nadu-600130,IndiaMandatory Pointers:Experience: 1+ YearsQualifications: GraduateNP- Immediate joiners or 30 daysShifts - UK ShiftJOB DESCRIPTIONHR Generalist, HR Operations, Shared Service Generalist: Process Hire to Retire transactions which may include: o Create/ update positions/Process requisitions o Create New Employee records o Provide new hire info to Payroll/ Benefits o Update Job and Salary related Changes o Creating of employee verification letters o Changes to employee data o Process Job Requisition (Create & Amend Requisition) o Receive info on mass upload and make changes o Employment Reference Letters/verification of Employment letters (Digitally) o Update Voluntary and involuntary exit Data in System o Support in updating Redundancy and redeployment activities in updating Employee data in system o Support invoicing activitiesUK PAYROLL• Ensure complete pay information is properly recorded and accurately calculated for each payroll cycle • Review payroll reports to identify potential problems; contact field units to resolve discrepancies, as needed • Review quality assurance reports that pertain to hourly and salary payroll • Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages • Ensures that payrolls are processed, and services are delivered accurately and in a timely manner for all clients assigned • Manage the preparation of all State and Federal tax obligations • Ensures compliance with the applicable payroll related statutory rules and regulations (i.e., income tax, social security, etc.) and labor law requirements by studying existing and new legislations, enforcing adherence to their requirements • Work on payroll error reports • Process exception payments and off-cycles • Perform Gross-to-net calculations and payroll validations • Maintain payroll system up-to-date and accurate • Coordinate and process employee payrolls weekly, bi-monthly & monthly • Prepare reports required for audit operations • Respond to payroll queries and concerns from employees • Generate periodic and ad-hoc payroll reports to managementHR Quality Key ResponsibilitiesAct as singlePoint of Contact (SPOC) for all HRO quality-related activitiesConduct quality audits and process reviews across HR operations (Hire-to-Retire)Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, policies, and compliance standardsAnalyze quality metrics, identify gaps, and drive root cause analysis (RCA)Conduct Risk assessment frameworksPrepare and present quality reports, dashboards, and insights to stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective/preventive actionsSupport internal and external audits and ensure closure of findingsProvide quality feedback, coaching, and training to HR operations teamsCollaborate with process owners to standardize and optimize HR processesMaintain quality scorecards, audit trackers, and compliance dashboardsRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of HR operations (Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, offboarding, Employee Lifecycle, etc.)Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control frameworksExcellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skillsStakeholder management and effective communication skillsProficiency in Oracle, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems/toolsAttention to detail and problem-solving mindsetGood to have Lean/ Quality Certified Regard'sInfosys BPM team
