Visit Danone CareersRole and Responsibilities -The OD Manager is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness by designing and implementing organization development initiatives that strengthen managerial capability, enhance culture, and enable change. The role partners closely with HRBPs and business leaders to support transformation, improve ways of working, and build future-ready organizational capabilities aligned with Danone’s people strategy. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to diagnose organizational challenges and translate them into practical, high impact interventions.Organizational Development & Effectiveness:Design and deliver organization development initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, team effectiveness, and culture transformation.Conduct organizational diagnostics (qualitative and quantitative) to assess organizational health, effectiveness, and readiness for change.Support organization design work including role clarity, governance, structure effectiveness, and ways of working.Change Management:Lead and support change management initiatives linked to business transformation, restructuring, or strategic shifts.Build change capability within leaders and teams by providing frameworks, tools, and coaching.Ensure high adoption and sustainability of change initiatives.Leadership & Capability Development:Contribute to the design and deployment of managerial development programs in collaboration with Talent & Learning.Facilitate leadership, team, and culture workshops to strengthen managerial and organizational capability.Coach managers on team dynamics, engagement, and performance effectiveness.Culture and Engagement:Drive culture-building initiatives aligned with Danone values and global people strategy.Partner with HRBPs to translate engagement insights into targeted OD actions.Support initiatives that foster continuous improvement, collaboration, and learning culture.Data, Diagnostics and Insights:Leverage OD tools, diagnostics, and people data to identify themes, risks, and opportunities.Track effectiveness of OD interventions and continuously refine based on insights and feedback.Stakeholder and Project Management:Work closely with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders as a trusted OD partner.Manage multiple OD projects simultaneously with clear milestones, governance, and outcomes.Contribute to regional or global OD initiatives as required.Candidate Profile -Qualifications & Experience:Postgraduate degree in HR, from a Tier 1 institute5+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to OD, change management, and/or transformation roles.Experience partnering with senior leaders in a matrixed, multinational environment preferred.Prior facilitation and workshop delivery experience are essential.Skills and CapabilitiesOrganization Development & DesignChange Leadership & Culture TransformationStrong Facilitation & Coaching SkillsStakeholder ManagementAnalytical Thinking & Use of OD DiagnosticsProject ManagementStrategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindsetStrong influencing and collaboration skillsComfortable with ambiguity and transformationHigh learning agility and resilience
