Job Opportunity: Network Engineer (L1) – Hyderabad (Work From Office)Location: HyderabadWork Mode: Work From OfficeShift: Australian Time Zone (24/7 support & rotational shifts)Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferredKey Responsibilities:Provide L1 level support for Global IT infrastructure.Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, Manage Engine, Cisco Prime, NAGIOS.Perform proactive monitoring of Cisco R&S, HP Aruba, Ruckus Wireless, WAN and ISP links.Handle bandwidth utilization analysis and generate availability and trend reports.Respond to alerts/notifications configured in monitoring systems.Carry out basic network operations: VLAN creation, port/user mapping, DHCP, wireless connectivity troubleshooting, etc.Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for issue resolution.Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration Management.Work with ticketing tools like ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution.Technical Experience:1 to 3 years of experience in a global IT support environment.Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and network gear.Familiarity with LAN/WAN bandwidth and performance monitoring.Experience in generating technical reports for clients or management.Exposure to global customer support environments.Required Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience with Global IT support operations.Proficient in monitoring and ticketing tools.Preferred Skills:Understanding of ITIL framework and processes.CCNA certification is a strong advantage.
