Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and creative Motion Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of animation fundamentals, visual storytelling, and motion design, with hands-on expertise in industry-standard tools. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality motion graphics that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and create engaging motion graphics for digital platforms including videos, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns.Develop animations from concept to final output, ensuring high visual quality and consistency.Translate creative briefs and storyboards into compelling motion design outputs.Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to deliver projects within defined timelines.Apply strong storytelling techniques to enhance visual narratives.Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across projects.Review and refine motion graphics based on internal feedback and stakeholder requirements.Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and animation.Key Skills & Technical ExpertiseProficiency in Adobe After Effects.Strong knowledge of animation fundamentals (timing, spacing, easing, motion principles).Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for asset creation and design support.Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition in motion design.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Desired CompetenciesCreative mindset with attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.QualificationBachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Motion Graphics, Design, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
