The role ensures compliance with financial policies, supports audit and rating agency requirements, and drives digital banking initiatives to optimize treasury efficiency.Role - Activities, Accountabilities and Responsibilities Liquidity planning and managementCash flow forecasting and managing liquidity; preparing MIS reports to support effective cash management.Preparation of Actual Cash FlowEnsuring Timely repayments of Short term loans/borrowingsExplore new opportunities in working capital and other banking solutions.Negotiate with banks / financial institutions for bank lines, optimal funding cost etc. Investment in various InstrumentsReview of cash flow and deploy surplus cash effectively in Debt mutual funds (Overnight/liquid) as per the timelinesAvailing quotes from various banks for FD’s and investing the same on quarter endEnsuring all investment compliance as the board resolution and Investment policy of the company. Export FactoringPreparation of Drawdown request against the Bills receivableTracking the actual collection date with Business finance team and accordingly processing the payment of those invoices to bankTracking the due dates of invoices factored and payment before the expiry of Grace period.
