Committed to creating fragrances that resonate and endure, we collaborate closely with clients both in India and internationally. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Perfumer. The Perfumer will be responsible for developing and refining fragrance formulations, conducting research and development, liaising with clients to craft customized fragrances, ensuring quality control of finished products, and supporting sales teams with creative scent solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying updated with emerging fragrance trends to meet market needs effectively. Qualifications Strong Research and Development (R&D) skills, with a focus on fragrance formulation and product innovationExperience in Quality Control to ensure the consistency and efficacy of fragrance blendsProficiency in Customer Service, including client collaboration and understanding specific requirements for tailored solutionsKnowledge of Sales processes and collaboration to support fragrance presentations and promotionsUnderstanding of the personal care industry, including fragrance applicationsDetail-oriented with strong olfactory capabilities and an ability to evaluate fragrancesExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teamsBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Perfumery, Applied Sciences, or a related field is preferred
