Our goal: Capture & Establish a dominant presence in the mid-corporate segment over the next 5 years.You will shape Vivriti’s presence by driving origination, designing funding solutions, and building multi-city teams to deliver on our growth ambitions.Key responsibilities: Responsible for client origination and understanding the client’s debt requirement. Provide tailor made solutions of funding structures form NBFC and AIF in group Target Driven and Customer focused approach with Solution oriented attitude.Expand the client base in the respectivce region through strong networks with corporates, arrangers, PEs, and fintech platforms.Plan and execute outreach programs to strengthen market presence.Work cross-functionally with Solutions, Risk, and Legal teams to drive effective client engagement.Desired Skills and ExperienceMBA / CA / CFA6–10 years of experience in corporate banking, with exposure to mid and large corporates.Experience in performing credit space with family office Connects would be a plus.Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to engage Promoters, CFOs, and Treasury Heads.Strong knowledge of banking products (working capital, term loans, leasing, factoring, SCF, etc.) with expertise in credit note preparation and Risk approvals.Good technical understanding of finance / credit / ratings.Versatile in handling individual responsibilities and leading team initiatives.
