Join our visionary team and help us create impactful and meaningful solutions.Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly disciplined, English-fluent Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified sales meetings. This is a pure outbound role focused on appointment setting with decision-makers in recruiting and talent acquisition.This role does not close deals. Success is measured by qualified meetings booked and meeting quality.Core Responsibilities• Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email • Identify and engage decision-makers (Recruiting Directors, TA Leaders, Staffing Firm Owners, etc.) • Clearly articulate the platform’s value proposition in fluent, professional English • Handle initial objections and position meetings effectively • Qualify prospects using structured criteria before booking meetings • Maintain CRM hygiene (accurate notes, status updates, activity tracking) • Hit daily and weekly activity targets and meeting quotasRequired Qualifications• Exceptional spoken and written English (near-native fluency required) • Proven experience in outbound B2B appointment setting • Comfortable cold calling U.S.-based executives • Strong listening skills and objection handling capability • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) • Stable internet connection and professional work setup • High self-discipline and accountabilityPreferred Qualifications• Experience in SaaS sales (strong plus) • Experience selling B2B technology or AI solutions • Experience selling into HR, recruiting, or staffing firms • Familiarity with U.S. business culture and communication normsKey Performance Indicators• Daily activity volume (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches) • Meetings booked per week • Show rate of booked meetings • Qualified meeting rate (meets defined ICP criteria)Compensation Structure• Competitive base pay • Performance-based commission based on closed opportunities
