Primary Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI models for healthcare applicationsAnalyze complex healthcare data to deliver actionable insightsCollaborate with clinicians, researchers, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutionsOptimize existing models for performance and scalabilityIntegrate generative AI and LLMs for tasks like medical text generation and synthetic data creationCommunicate findings through reports and visualizations Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soQualifications - ExternalRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, Statistics, or related field; Master’s/PhD preferred7+ years in data science/ML/AI, ideally in healthcareExperience in healthcare AI domains: NLP, computer vision, predictive modelingKnowledge of generative AI nd LLMs (GPT, BERT, Llama)Familiarity with big data tools, SQL/NoSQL databasesUnderstanding of healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR) and cloud platforms (AWS/ Azure/ GCP)Expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or ScalaProven solid statistical analysis and data visualization skillsProven excellent problem-solving and communication skillsProven track record of delivering AI/ML projectsModel Development: Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy ML models and AI systems for healthcare challengesData Analysis: Proven ability to interpret complex healthcare datasets to generate actionable insightsCollaboration: Proven ability to work with clinicians, researchers, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutionsAlgorithm Design: Proven ability to implement advanced algorithms for predictive analytics, patient risk stratification, and medical image analysisGenerative AI & LLMs: Proven ability to develop and integrate generative AI models and large language models for tasks like medical text generation and synthetic data creationOptimization: Proven ability to enhance existing ML models for scalability and performanceMentorship: Proven ability to guide junior data scientists and engineersCompliance: Proven ability to ensure data integrity and adhere to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)Communication: Proven ability to present findings through reports, presentations, and visualizations Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with cloud platforms, big data tools, and modern ML frameworksSolid background in AI/ML technologies, statistical modeling, and healthcare dataProven ability to stay updated with emerging AI trends and integrate them into projects
