Job Title: Physical Design EngineerExperience: 5+ YearsEducation: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, VLSI.Location: BangaloreJob Description:We are looking for an experienced Physical Design Engineer with 5+ years of experience in ASIC physical design and implementation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the complete physical design flow from floorplanning to signoff.Key Responsibilities:Perform floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, and timing closure.Work on full chip and block level physical design implementation.Handle timing analysis and closure using industry tools.Work closely with STA, RTL, and verification teams for design optimization.Perform power, performance, and area (PPA) optimization.Ensure DRC, LVS, and physical verification signoff.Required Skills:Strong experience in ASIC Physical Design flow.Hands-on experience with Synopsys ICC2 / Cadence Innovus.Knowledge of STA tools like PrimeTime or Tempus.Experience in advanced technology nodes (28nm / 16nm / 7nm / 5nm).Good understanding of low power design techniques.
