If you like creating schedules, and are a quick learner, then this role is perfect for you.Outcomes and AccomplishmentsAs an AM- Finance and Accounts, you will:Be handling Payroll activity along with coordinating with HR & Payroll vendor for Monthly payroll.Validate the input data received from the HRO before sharing the same with the payroll service providerValidate the output from the Service provider and send the observations to HR to ensure accurate PayrollProcessing salary pay out by online and cheque.Preparing monthly payroll related reports for Audit and other statutory purposes.Acts as a close liaison between the HRO and the Payroll service providerLiaoning with the Labor consultant for timely and accurate computation and remittance of Provident Fund, Profession tax on a Monthly BasisWorking with the Payroll service provider for an accurate and timely quarterly Income tax returns filingAddressing any Income tax-related questions raised by the Employees.Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS in line with the Management requirementRegular data accounting entries in SAP relating to salary. Keeping salary related records updated on a daily basis. Participate in the Accounting and reporting functions for India operation.Coordinating with Insurance Agent / TPA and reconciliation of Addition/Deletion in insured lives incl. CD balance.Preparation of Bank reconciliation and update of regular payments and receipts entries.
